Life Is Beautiful Tree Card for Any Occasion
Fall is ALMOST here. I can smell it in the air and over the course of the last week, our weather has been cooling down which makes my entire body jump for joy! I absolutely LOVE fall and I love that we are headed into it.
Here in Indiana, fall doesn’t last as long as I want it too, so I have to savor it! I started by using a brand new stamp set to create a card, that really could be for any season. I just influenced my love of fall and I really LOVE how it turned out. Let me tell you all about it.

I use the stamps with our Stamparatus® Foam Mat (#150081) to get an even pressure and ink coverage with detailed or background stamps, every time.
My Card Layout
I started with a piece of crumb cake cardstock, cut in the hamburger fold, measuring 5.5″ x 8.5″ and scored down the middle at 4.25″.
I grabbed a piece of mossy meadow cardstock measuring 4″ x 5.25″ and ran it through my personal die cutting machine with the tasteful textures embossing folder. I then, wrapped a ribbon bow around it from the gilded autumn suite. I adhered it all to the front of my card base.
Next, the focal point. I grabbed a piece of very vanilla cardstock and ran it through my die cutting machine with the celebration tidings dies. (I used the second largest die.)
I stamped the tree first in early espresso. I then took a sponge dauber with cajun craze, mossy meadow and soft suede and multi color stamped the leaves. I wanted them to look like they were changing and by using the dauber, I achieved the look perfectly.
(Check out my Facebook virtual class on September 2nd to see the video of what I did, more closely.)
Last but not least, I stamped the sentiment in mossy meadow. I adhered the focal point, just to the right of the ribbon bow, with dimensionals to make it pop up!
